Dry-Cleaning & Laundry Services
-POS terminal payment is our most preferred payment option at our representative’s pick-up point for online order in accordance with invoiced amount and at drop-off point for walk-in customers.
- No Cash Payment for online order.
- Alternatively, bank transfer payment is accepted for walk-in customers at drop of point.
- Management shall not be liable for color run, fabric shrinking, removal of non-food-based stains and damages of any form or sharp due to weak, inferior and/or machine incompatibility fabric/article/material.
- Management will only be responsible for transaction formally documented via our online platform (for office transaction items collected, verified & receipted our Customer Support Executive) and customer order summary received.
- In the case of loss by fire or any other loss or damage to garment(s) whilst in our hands or Sub Contractor for which we may accept liability, compensation shall be limited to four (4) times the Dry-Cleaning cost/charge on that particular cloth order.
- Due to rampant insecurity within Lagos, we shall not accept liability for article/garment uncollected after a month from the date given for collection.
- Stained part of garment must be indicated by customers at point of drop-off.
- A 20 percent extra charge will be paid by customer/client for storage for each passing day after the five (7) days period from collection date.
- Any service-related complaint must be returned within a week of delivery to be considered for next action.
- Customer to take full inspection responsibility at point of deliver (point of collection for Walk-In Customers) for completed order returned, failure to do so,management will not accept responsibility for shortage or damages discovered after delivery.
- Garments/articles not collected within 3 months from collection date would be donated to charity as claims will not be granted after such period.
We take responsibility for damage or loss of item/cloth if confirmed to be negligence from us.
Clothing of extreme value not acceptable via our online platform.
Press/ironing only services not available on our online platform.
Fire damaged garments not acceptable via this platform.
Online services restricted to VI, ONIRU, IKOYI & LEKKI axis only for now.
Laundromat Services
- All the above listed terms and conditions applies also to our laundromat services.
- Services restricted to wash and dry only.
- No detergent required to accompany cloths for online laundromat orders.
- Ensure total number of cloths/items is quoted at point of order (online)
- After customer’s cloths has been picked-up by our representative, on arrival at the office, total number of baskets will be confirmed, and invoice sent to customer for approval to go ahead to render service.
- White cloths are meant to be washed separately, except otherwise stated by customer to be washed with colored cloths with no liability to SYL
- Minimum laundromat service is priced per basket, even if cloths are less than a basket full.
